The unboxing video — your most important step

We kindly request that every customer records a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of receiving their order. This single step protects you completely and allows us to process any return or damage claim swiftly and without dispute.

Please do not discard the packaging or cut short the video before the item is fully revealed. The video must show the sealed package being opened through to the product being removed and inspected.

How to record your unboxing video

1. Before you open anything

Start recording before you touch the parcel. Show the sealed package clearly — including any tape, labels, or courier stickers — so the condition on arrival is documented.

2. Open the package on the camera

Unbox slowly and steadily. Make sure the camera captures the full unboxing without cutting, pausing, or editing. The video must be one continuous recording.

3. Inspect the intem visibly

Hold the jewellery clearly in front of the camera. If there is any damage, missing item, or wrong product — show it closely so the issue is visible on screen.

4. Keep good lighting

Record in a well-lit space. Dark or blurry videos may delay your claim as the damage may not be verifiable. Natural daylight or a bright indoor light works best.

5. Save the vedio immediately

Do not delete or overwrite the video. Save it to your phone gallery as soon as you finish recording. You will need to share it with us via WhatsApp if there is an issue.

How to raise a return or damage claim

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps to get your claim resolved quickly:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to process claims reported after this window as the item may have been used or damaged post-delivery.

2. Send your unboxing video

Share the complete, unedited unboxing video via WhatsApp along with your claim. Without a valid unboxing video, we regret that we will not be able to process your return.

3. Include your order details

Send your order ID, the name used to place the order, and a brief description of the issue. This helps us find your order instantly and speeds up the resolution.

4. Our team will respond within 24 hours

Once we have reviewed your video and details, we will confirm whether your claim is approved and guide you on the next steps — replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
